Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Timepiece
Securely place the watch, original box, warranty cards, and any included accessories inside a protective shipping carton.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
